Jarvis Onestock - Getting Started

Who is the creator of Jarvis

JARVIS is the proprietary model of Ventugrow Consultants Pvt Ltd. VCPL is a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor based out of Mumbai, Maharashtra. JARVIS is India s first Aritificial Intelligence based Equity Advisory Model with an in-built Risk Management System. It creates customized portfolios of Equity Stocks / liquid BeES / Gold BeES for investors and guides them on their path to wealth creation.

Do I need a demat or trading account to subscribe to Jarvis OneStock?

Yes, a demat and trading account is required to execute trades. You can choose a supported broker and place trades directly through the Jarvis application. If your broker is not supported, you can execute trades independently and update them manually using the "UPDATE NOW" option. If a suggested buy or sell is not updated within the given timeframe, the system will close the pending action by assuming a default single quantity for tracking purposes.

Does JarvisOnestock provide Sell calls as well ?

When Jarvis provides a Buy suggestion, it may have a holding duration of approximately 5-45 days. Once a Sell indicator is generated by the system, you ' ll receive notifications via WhatsApp, email, and the Jarvis application. Please note that a Buy suggestion is valid for 24 hours only. After this period, if not acted upon, the system will assume it as a buy of one quantity in the Jarvis system to close the pending action.

How will risk profiling help me?

JARVIS uses a built-in Risk Management System to monitor and mitigate risks associated with investments. This system assesses market conditions and portfolio performance to suggest necessary actions.

Can I change my Risk Profile to something other than the one that has been suggested by the Risk Questionnaire?

Yes, There are multiple stages where you receive the option of changing the risk profile suggested other than the suggested risk profile

My KYC has already been done, do I have to do it again?

As per SEBI RIA regulations, we have to retrieve the KYC details of all investors. To make your journey as smooth as possible, we have tied up with the CDSL and NSDL to retrieve your details.

What are the terms of the agreement that I have signed with JARVIS / VCPL?

The agreement, as mandated by SEBI, details the scope of the advisory provided by VCPL under the product JARVIS and the associated costs. Do read the agreement thoroughly before accepting the same.

What is the fee structure?

Jarvis OneStock Basic: JARVIS provides 1 stock recommendation per week. The fee for this service is ₹2,999 for 6 months. Jarvis OneStock Plus: JARVIS provides up to 3 stock recommendations per week with enhanced diversification. The fee for this service is ₹7,999 for 6 months. Jarvis OneStock Premium: JARVIS provides up to 5 personalized stock recommendations per week with advanced risk management. The fee for this service is ₹11,999 for 6 months.

Jarvis Onestock - Execution & Dashboard

How do I execute my suggested trade in the Jarvis application?

Step 1: You will receive notifications via WhatsApp, email, and the application about the recommendation. To proceed, click on the "Pending Action" or "ACT NOW" tab within the Jarvis application.

Step 2 : You will be redirected to pending tab action for which the action is pending for the product on which action is required to be taken.

Step 3 : There are two option for the customer to update the suggested trade (A) MANUAL UPDATE 1. Customer has the option to UPDATE NOW this option, you can select this option if you have manually executed the stock Buy/Sell directly from the broker

2. This will provide you an option to update the price & amount to update in the Jarvis system so that your dashboard will be updated & your performance will be monitored on the Jarvis application.

Step 4 : Final confirmation, you can view the stock added in your holdings tab in your dashboard.

(B) LINKING BROKER 1. Select the Broker within the listed broker option if available please execute the BUY/SELL trades, this will automatically update the trades in Jarvis after your execution from your broker.

2. Once done your stocks will be available in your holdings.

When will I be getting the recommendation?

One Stock Basic-

One stock alert a week before market hours

One Stock Plus-

Three stock* alerts a week (Monday Wednesday & Friday)Before market hours

One Stock Premium-

Five stock* alerts a week (All trading days)Before market hours

Note:*Stocks will be recommended based on prevailing market conditions. There might be days where you might not receive any recommendation, if JARVIS is unable to identify suitable stock based on your risk profile.

When will I be getting the Sell suggestion for the stocks on holding

Holding are decided as per Market dynamics & the risk profile of the customer the holding days would be approximately 5-45 days.

Can I execute trades through multiple broker accounts?

Yes, there is no restriction on using multiple broker accounts. However, all executed trades must be updated in JARVIS so that your portfolio performance is accurately reflected on your dashboard.

Can I update my executed trades, and what is the timeline to update them in JARVIS?

All buy and sell recommendations provided by JARVIS are valid for 24 hours. You can execute the trades either by linking your broker or by executing them manually and updating the details within this timeframe.

What happens if I am unable to execute the trades suggested by JARVIS OneStock?

If a suggested trade is not executed or updated by the customer within the valid timeframe, the system will close the pending action by assuming a default quantity of one. This is only for performance tracking and does not represent an actual transaction.
